By creating an account or using Novara Haus you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no abuse of AI features, no uploading unlawful content, no harassment of other household members.
Your content
You own the routines, tasks, and notes you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display them so we can provide the service to you and your household.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best to keep things reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novara Haus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
