Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, household members), the routines and tasks you create, and basic usage analytics so we can improve the experience.
How we use it
To operate your account, sync your household across devices, send service emails, and improve features. We never sell your personal data.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
AI features
When you use the AI assistant, your prompts are sent to our AI provider solely to generate a response. We do not use your content to train third-party models.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Contact us at hello@novarahaus.com for any privacy request.
Children
Novara Haus is not directed to children under 13. Family member profiles managed by an adult account holder are not standalone accounts.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
